Lucky girl on vacay. We go camping next week at a high alpine lake that has a visibility depth of 115 feet. A totally different experience.. wish I could try yours! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Hen, please do keep these glorious photos coming. I am contemplating a 2013 trip to France and want to collect all sorts of info about various places at various seasons. It looks as if you all chose it perfectly. xo

Hello and thank you for visiting the HenHouse. I'm a stay-at-home thirty-something mum looking after Mr HenHouse and the Munchkin, aged 11 (going on 15). We have three fabulous cats who we adore and spoil rotten: Charlie Boy, Vorey Puss and Jacky Ginge. We split our time between our Victorian home in London and our weekend bolthole in the West Country which is a dinky 16th Century thatched cottage. I have always loved vintage, particularly the pink and flowery. I have collections of eiderdowns, china and fabrics to name just a few. I love sewing and am an avid patchworker and quilter. As a family, we are dotty about the past and love the 1940s, often dressing up for re-enactment events. To fund my fabric habit, I have the occasional stall at craft fairs and sell handmade items over the 'net, too. Our homes have been featured in magazines and I'm pretty nutty about interiors.
