Result. The door to the guest room has been left open. Time to sneak inside while Mum's not looking. Hey, what's this?
Fun! It's like draughts for cats? Or snakes and ladders... but without the snakes, thanks.
Eek, mum's coming...

Haha, so cute! What lovely fabric you have there, very pretty x
ReplyDeleteMy cat, Minnie, dashes into ALL the spaces she knows she shouldn't- just as soon as my back is turned! She's a rascal but we love her! Ada :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a very nice fabric indeed- quite see why the cat also finds it irresistable!
ReplyDeleteI used to do jigsaws but my late lamented cat Barnabas used to dash onto the table, paws scattering all the loose pieces, and then he'd sit there, picking up joined sections in his claws. Sigh. BTW which cat is this? Jacky Ginge or...no Vorey's the black one...the other cat's name escapes me!
ReplyDeleteI do love the way cats are so cheeky, I always read your stories about the cheeky chappy and it makes me yearn for my own xx I love to read them xx
ReplyDeleteUh Oh!! He really wanted to take a nap on that pretty quilt! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, I know it well.. cats.. quilts..colder days.. x
ReplyDeleteI got a house rabbit that tends to do the same when i'm not looking, hopping across and scattering my pieces of quilt to the four winds!
ReplyDeleteOh how I do love a furry posting! Our critters are so ornery cute we just can't help but indulge them and their naughty habits, can we? Wouldn't trade my kitten cat for the world. Yours is quite the regal looking one if I do say!
ReplyDeleteCats always seem to know when there is something new to explore, I have just painted an old coffee table, left it in the garage to dry and guess what, this morning it was covered in muddy paw prints (Maisie my feline Bansky )

haha.... very funny! x
ReplyDeleteOh how familiar this is. I can guarantee that as soon as I step inside my workroom and start laying things out one of my cats will demand to come in and lay on the table right where I was trying to work. They really do have a sixth sense don't they? Lovely colours, I can't wait to see the finished quilt. Philippa xx
ReplyDeleteSo funny! looks like a lovely room.
ReplyDeleteKitties don't like fabric all neat and tidy, it needs some crumpliness, yes? Adorable. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteAwww that looked like such a good place to curl up and take a nap. I love the touches of orange.
